Chicken taco bowl in Instant Pot.  Not bad.

Dark cherry truffle Aero (disgusting) and McDonalds Filet-o-Fish tartar sauce.  The sauce didn't make my fish sticks taste like Filet-o-Fish AT ALL :(

Pasta made in the InstantPot in 4 minutes.

Thums Up from Nasa Food Centre.  It just tasted like pepsi or coke to me.

Banana bread made in the InstantPot

Putting Big Mac sauce on a sandwich did not make it taste like a big mac at all. :(

Hot & sour soup in the Instant Pot... it didn't taste right.  This recipe needs adjusting.

I got these freaky Thai drinks from Food Basics.  I tried the lychee flavour.  Pretty good.

Vegetable korma in the Instant Pot

Cooking a whole chicken in the instant pot

Cilantro/lime rice chipotle copycat recipe in Instantpot. It was disgusting and oily and salty.

Thai yellow curry chicken legs and potatoes in InstantPot. It was OK.. but how can I eat 10 chicken legs!?

Yellow split pea soup in Instantpot

Swiss Chalet is selling fried chicken for a limited time. It was ok

Sobeys is selling peach and cucumber mint flavoured 7 Up.  both were disappointing.

September 2016 local items

Birch Beer and Pineapple soda from Newfoundland.  Sara Lee brownie bites.

After months of ogling their facebook page, I went to Flapjack's Diner to try their freak shakes and breakfasts.  The brownie shake was disappointing - not chocolatey enough (maybe made with vanilla ice cream + chocolate syrup) and only a puny amount of brownies on top and fake whipped cream.  The breakfast panwich was like an egg McMuffin but with pancakes instead of an English muffin.  That part was great... but the prices are too high so I wouldn't go out of my way again.

New Lay's flavour: Swiss Chalet sauce.  Don't even bother.  It is 99% like BBQ.

The grand opening of Sizzle 'n Grill was a complete disaster.  They don't even have a shawarma rotisserie!  They were grilling things instead.  Rude customers, total chaos getting orders out and entering them into the cash register.
